These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bazaar.Art website(s), mobile application (the "Platform"), including any content, features, and services offered on or through the Platform. Bazaar.Art offers a digital web platform within the Haqq Network, facilitating users in minting, purchasing, selling, or transferring NFTs (“Services”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Bazaar.Art reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
IMPORTANT Bazaar.Art is not a wallet provider, exchange, broker, dealer, financial institution, payments processor, money services business, or creditor. We do not have custody or control over the NFTs or blockchains you are interacting with and we do not execute or effectuate purchases, transfers, or sales of NFTs.
You will need a blockchain address and a third-party wallet to access the Service. Your account on the Service (“Account”) will be associated with your blockchain address;
Your Bazaar.Art account will be linked to your blockchain address, showcasing the NFTs associated with that address along with any relevant content. By utilizing your wallet with our service, you acknowledge that you're subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective wallet provider. It's important to note that wallets are independent entities not managed or affiliated with Bazaar.Art. We do not have custody or control over your wallet's contents, nor can we retrieve or transfer them.
To use our Services, you shall use the following wallet which allows you to engage in transactions on the blockchains :
Bazaar.Art accepts no responsibility for, or liability to you, in connection with your use of a wallet and makes no representations or warranties regarding how the Service will operate with any specific wallet. You bear full responsibility for safeguarding your wallet, and it's crucial never to disclose your wallet credentials or seed phrase to anyone. Should you encounter any problems concerning your wallet, please reach out to your wallet provider for assistance. Similarly, you are solely accountable for your account and any linked wallet, and we hold no liability for any actions or oversights on your part regarding your account or in the event of its compromise. You agree to promptly inform us of any security concerns regarding the service or your account by contacting us through the provided channels.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
Your utilization of the Service may experience occasional interruptions due to various factors, such as equipment malfunctions, periodic updates, maintenance, or repairs, geographic limitations, potential breaches of these Terms, or other actions that Bazaar.Art, at its sole discretion, may deem necessary.
We require all users to be at least 18 years old. If you are at least 13 years old but under 18 years old, you may only use Bazaar.Art through a parent or guardian’s Account and with their approval and oversight. That account holder is responsible for your actions using the Account. It is prohibited to use our Service if you are under 13
You bear full responsibility for your utilization of the Bazaar.Art NFT marketplace and for any information you furnish, ensuring compliance with pertinent laws, regulations, and the terms outlined herein, including the guidelines for user conduct.
Upon employing the service to create, submit, post, promote, or exhibit content, or adhering to Bazaar.Art’s metadata standards in metadata API responses, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to utilize, reproduce, modify, and exhibit any content, encompassing but not limited to text, materials, images, files, communications, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, concepts, questions, data, or any other submissions, for our present and future business objectives, including the provision, promotion, and enhancement of the service. This encompasses any digital file, artwork, or material associated with any NFTs displayed on the service.
We do not assert ownership over the content submitted, posted, or displayed via the service; our use of it is solely for illustrative purposes.
You affirm and warrant that you possess, or have acquired, all requisite rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power, and/or authority to grant the aforementioned rights for any content generated, submitted, posted, promoted, or displayed via the service.
